APPLY TO CSUSB
To be admitted to the program, you must apply to California
State university, San Bernardino as a
graduate student. CSUSB is on a quarter system
and accepts new admissions for the Fall, Winter, and Spring terms up to
two months before the term begins. (It is, however, always best to apply
early.) You must apply and be admitted to CSUSB before you can register
for classes. You will need to send transcripts of ALL previous course
work to: Admissions Office, CSUSB, 5500 University Parkway,
San Bernardino, CA
92407 before
your application will be reviewed for admittance. There is a $55
application fee (or a request for a fee waiver) that must accompany the
application.
APPLY TO NURSING DEPARTMENT
Once you apply to CSUSB, the Department will be notified of your intent
to enroll in the program.
Check with the department to see if a separate application is
required.
