student's Spring final high school transcript:
- High School cumulative weighted GPA of 3.5 or higher, and;
- 1100 or higher on the SAT I (ONLY: Critical reading + Math score) OR 26 or higher on the ACT (Both must have been taken while still in high school), and;

Qualified students who graduate High School in Spring and begin CSUSB in Fall must submit their final high school transcript with SAT/ACT scores during the Fall quarter, no later than December 1. If SAT/ACT scores are not listed on their transcript, students must order their official scores from the College Board, and submit them to the Nursing Department by Dec. 1.
Students must complete and pass (At least 70.0%) the ATI TEAS admission test and submit scores by the Fall application deadline of April 1.
Student must successfully complete ("C" or better) the prerequisite requirements (AP credit counts) by the end of the Spring quarter. Also, at the completion of the Spring quarter, both the BSN prerequisite and cumulative GPA must be at least 3.0.
