The Department of Nursing admits students to the nursing program each Fall (September) and Winter (January) quarter.  Fall quarter begins in late September and Winter quarter begins in early January.  All of the prerequisite courses must be completed before beginning the program.  You may take the equivalent prerequisites at another university or college, but you will be required to submit transcripts (or updated PAWS report) for those courses to the nursing office before admission.  We will accept applicable prerequisite courses no matter when you took them, but you may be asked by the Admissions Committee to repeat any course older than 8 years.
